PLATFORM · LEARNING PATHS

Courses in sequence. Skills by design.

Individual courses teach topics. Learning paths build capabilities. Group courses into structured programmes with prerequisites, and guide delegates from beginner to certified, step by step.

More than a playlist of courses.

Individual courses

A course teaches one topic. Delegates can take it on its own, in any order. Good for standalone training, but it doesn't tell delegates what to take next.

Learning paths

A path sequences multiple courses into a curriculum. Prerequisites control the order. Delegates follow a clear progression, and you can track their journey across the entire programme.

Build a path in four steps.

01

Create a path

Name it, describe the goal, and set a thumbnail. "Lifting Operations Pathway", "Site Induction", "Supervisor Programme".

02

Add courses

Pick courses from your library and arrange them in order. Set which courses are prerequisites for others.

03

Enrol delegates

Assign the path to individuals or to a customer organisation. Set a deadline for the entire path if needed.

04

Track progress

See how each delegate is progressing through the path. Which courses are done, which are in progress, which are locked.

Prerequisites keep delegates on track.

Set rules for which courses must be completed before others unlock. Delegates can't skip ahead. They build knowledge in the right order.

  • Course A must be completed before Course B unlocks
  • Multiple prerequisites per course supported
  • Locked courses show "complete X first" messaging
  • Progress bar shows overall path completion
  • Certificate issued when entire path is finished

Common learning path examples.

Site inductions Site rules → Manual handling → Role-specific training → Induction assessment. Every new starter a customer sends you follows the same path.
Certification programmes Foundation course → Intermediate → Advanced → Final exam. Issue a certificate only when the entire path is complete.
Progression pathways Slinging & Signalling → Lift Supervisor → Appointed Person. Bring delegates back for the next step, not just the renewal.
Compliance curriculum Data protection → Health & safety → First aid awareness → Annual renewal. Make sure every delegate covers all the mandatory topics.
Blended programmes E-learning pre-work → Classroom day → Practical assessment → Certificate. The online and classroom parts on one record.
Partner certification Partner onboarding → Product training → Technical certification → Sales certification. Ensure partners represent your brand correctly.
